Grill the bacon until crisp; toast the bread and spread with the butter
Top the first piece of toast with the cranberry sauce and 2 slices of Brie and grill until the cheese melts
Top the second slice with the stuffing, turkey and 3 slices bacon and place on top of the first slice of bread; add the last piece of toast and skewer it all together
Serve with crisps or a salad
