SPICY HOT PASTE

 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
 2 teaspoons hot cayenne pepper
 1 tbsp garlic cloves
 1 tbsp olive oil

Grind all these ingredients together in an electric grinder or use a mortar and pestle. You can keep this paste in a jar in the refrigerator. It will keep for about a week. Use it at your leisure. For a milder taste, reduce the amount of red pepper.
